Pupper Pix v.2

Sweet little puppie...
Doesn't look like a dachshund nose at all, does it???
At one week...
Look at the size of that paw! And their little ears are SO precious ~ fat & soft! Their ears will be opening up any day now & they will finally be able to hear!

Iz delivered her first pup at 0658 Friday morning; the last one came at 1915 that evening. She was one tired Momma, and we, of course, were pretty wiped out too! We got everyone cleaned up, and then popped some champagne, and I presented K with the chocolate "It's a Boy" & "It's a Girl" cigars I'd brought for her. ;-)))

Many, many thanks to K (and Miz Izz!) for letting me be there for this wonderful time ~ it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience!!
