For Eva ~

A moment of silence, please, for Eva Markvoort. She passed away yesterday morning, after a life long fight with cystic fibrosis, and then transplant rejection.
Her legacy will live on in every single life she touched, and in CF patients around the world.

Breathe easy, sweet girl ~ and run free ~~~
