Seamus & the Pool...

May 21 '09...
Seamus' first introduction to the kiddie pool...
a bit long at 12 min, but very fun! Turn your sound on ~

Bailey & Seamus with the hose...

Sorry about the first part (with the sun/shade issues) ~ make sure you have your sound on! Bailey is the barker...

Ya can't have it both ways, guys!!!

"Tiny fragments of bone" in the sarcophagus were subjected to carbon dating, showing they "belong to someone who lived in the first or second century," the pope said in a homily carried on Italian television.

So they believe that carbon dating is OK to 'authenticate' the bones of a supposed saint, but it's not OK to verify the theory of evolution???

I will let the hypocritical bullshit stand in evidence ~ it needs nothing more from me.

Bailey

Bailey (not Seamus!) click on photo for a larger view

• Seamus on the left, Bailey on the right!

Bailey is four years old, and is a champion many times over ~ he even got Kathy to the Eukanuba dog show in '07!!! (even thought he didn't win there, it is stiil HUGE to just get there!)
He is very mellow; loves to snuggle, and LOVES to play with water ~ chasing the hose or playing in a kiddie pool...
Of all Kathy's dogs, he and Seamus hit it off the best ~ there seems to be no jealously.

Lots more pix & videos from my w/end in Boise to come...

another 3 in a Row...

Ed McMahon, Farrah Fawcett, and now Michael Jackson...

so unbelieveable!

In 7th & 8th grade ( '71-'72), there were only 2 groups of girls... those that had a crush on Donnie Osmond, and those that had a crush on MJ...
DO made me gag even back then... but MJ's "I'll be There" had me swooning!

Though sometimes it was hard to see through his weirdness, I believe he was super talented ~ he will be missed.

In memory...

...for Neda.

And I believe those who say Obama should be speaking out more are wrong. As he said, the WORLD is watching, and the US has no business sticking their individual noses in the mess (other than expressing heartfelt sorrow at lost lives). It would only fuel the hard-liner's rage against the west.
Now, if a GROUP of nations got together... that would be different.

Flower show & ATCs & a road trip...

This weekend is the annual Flower Show, held on the grounds of one of the local churches. It's always fun to go to ~ lot's of lovely new plants to check out, and tons of garden themed goodies from local stores (from new stuff to antiques). We're going with our newest neighbor from around the corner ~ she is an awesome gardener, and this will be her first time.

My SARK ATC's went out on the 16th ~ a couple of girls in the states have already gotten theirs, and love them! They're already bugging me about when the next swap will start ~ it's been much fun to watch these ATC 'virgins' get turned on to the joy of these little works of art! And I've got other friends that have been following the posts, and saying that they want to play next time... it will be quite a global swap, with peoples from England, Germany, New Zealand and Australia joining in. I told them I've created ATC monsters!!! :-)))

And then my trip to Boise to see Kathy (Seamus' breeder) is coming up ~ I can't wait! It will be so fun to watch the sibs get together, and Kathy & I will talk ourselves hoarse. I will also be seeing one of the SG ladies who lives there... we plan on hitting a few LSS and maybe doing lunch. There will be lot of pix to post from that!

I've really been on a roll scrapping ~ something like 8 pages in the last week, which for me is awesome! I guess I'm making up for the time lost when my mojo went on hiatus!
