I'm going 'home' to Merced, CA in January!!!
Merced is where I grew up ~ 3rd grade through my first round of college... My oldest and dearest friend is having surgery, so I'm going to go feed her kitties, and babysit her the first few days she's home.
I haven't been there since 2000 ~

That's great that you can be there for a dear friend and provide TLC for her and the kitties.
Ohhh What a wonderful friend you are!I'm sure you will quite a comfort to her!
