UPDATE on my T, H, NG, VBDay

I'm feeling much better today! The annoying lineman has benched himself, and all I have left is a little bit of pain in my left arm.

I was doing some reading up on T-bone crashes yesterday... I am so VERY lucky to have walked away with so little damage! T-bones are usually far more deadly than front or rear collisions! Lucky that...

...it was a relatively slow speed crash
...it was a small car that hit me
...the point of impact was at the strongest part of the car frame
...I ended up with no broken bones, no concussion, no lacerations ~
in fact the only mark I have on me is a thin red line from where the seatbelt
'bit' me near my collar bone!!

Re: the insurance some of you have asked about ~ they've been great! We fortunately were covered against the uninsured driver, and they are paying for a really cool rental car until mine can be fixed. No word on how long that will take.

I'm going to give myself one more day of chill-axing before I get back to full activity.

Thank you all who have sent your good thoughts and wishes and concern ~

Glad to hear you're on the mend and get to drive a cool car while yours is being fixed. Take it slow, though. Shock to your system and all that...

Good news; you are mending quickly. I agree; you were one lucky gal. Enjoy your weekend and I hope you find some great treasures in your garage sale travels.

So glad that you are fine, and the insurance co. is being so good about this!
